About the Program
In Plzeň, audiences can look forward to an evening full of movement, creativity, and circus art — featuring a short performance Matter in Motion and Gravity, an open juggling workshop, and a lively Varieté with performances by adult and teen students, as well as Cirkulários — a teen performance project created in collaboration between Cirkulárium Plzeň and Los Círculos Šumava.
EVA ŠINDELÁŘOVÁ – Hmota v pohybu a tíži (Matter in Motion and Gravity)
Action–acrobatic performative painting
A bodily dialogue unfolds in space — with gravity, matter, and time.
The color of clay transfers onto the body, canvas, and fabric.
The trajectory of objects carves itself into the air, as if movement could become an archaeological trace of a captured moment. Every stroke is a decision.Every fall reminds us that lightness has its price.
The audience witnesses the birth of a trace — a materialized gesture, both artistic and existential, unfolding in real time through elements of aerial acrobatics on silks, movement performance, and action painting.

About the Organizer
Cirkulárium is a center for contemporary circus in Plzeň, the only one of its kind in western Bohemia. It offers courses, workshops, and camps for children and adults, promotes circus pedagogy, and connects art with movement. The center is also engaged in social circus projects and collaborates with schools and non-profit organizations.
