Men who wrestle with 500 kg of tires—and do it with ease?
PNEU transforms an absurd amount of rubber into an unexpected playground where strength, humor and imagination intermingle. Four performers lift, roll, balance and carry their untamable partners, discovering moments of trust, cooperation, rivalry and lightness amid the physical exertion.
In this work, Viktor Černický builds on his exploration of extraordinary encounters between people and objects, creating a world full of absurd logic, physical intensity and delicate humor.

About the company
Viktor is a choreographer, performer, dramaturg and educator. His work straddles the boundaries of dance, physical theater, circus and visual art. He explores dance as a relationship, a form of communication and a living dialogue between the body, space, and the audience.
His projects are process-oriented and often involve local communities. For PLI, he won the 2019 Total Award and the ČTP Audience Award. He was part of Aerowaves Twenty20. He has worked at The Place, Dansens Hus and Théâtre de la Ville.
