DoubleSalt

To všechno z lásky

Premiere: November 5. 2026Cultural Station of the Galaxy – Dejvické Theater Auditorium

About show

The dance-acrobatic performance *All This for Love* explores love in all its forms—as a force that unites us, but also as a space full of paradoxes, illusions, and boundaries. Through situations inspired by real-life relationships, it reveals moments of intimacy, fragility and tension.

This production for seven performers blends contemporary dance, acrobatics, and physical theater into a mosaic of images and situations that are both raw and playful. It raises questions about what we are capable of doing “out of love”—and where we lose ourselves in the process.

About the company

DoubleSalt is an artistic platform that operates at the intersection of contemporary dance, acrobatics, partner work and physical theater. Since 2025, it has been creating a space for original work based on collaboration, physical dialogue, and the search for a language of movement rooted in human closeness, trust, vulnerability and perspective. The platform was founded by Matyáš Ramba and Michaela Kadlčíková. The platform’s first original project is the upcoming dance-acrobatic performance *To všechno z lásky* (All This Out of Love).

Michaela Kadlčíková: dancer, choreographer, and acrobat. She studied at the Duncan Center and SEAD—Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance and also completed professional training programs in New York (Jose Limón Institute, Peridance Capezio Center). As a performer and choreographer, she has collaborated with numerous Czech and international companies and artists, including 420PEOPLE, Lenka Vagnerová & Company, Losers Cirque Company, the National Theater, Ceren Oran, and La Rue Serendip. Her work straddles the boundaries of contemporary dance, acrobatics and physical theater.

Matyáš Ramba: acrobat, dancer, choreographer and director. He acquired his foundational movement skills through artistic gymnastics, which he has practiced since childhood. He is a co-founder of Losers Cirque Company, where he has contributed to numerous productions as both a performer and a creator. He has collaborated with the National Theater, Laterna Magika, and the 420PEOPLE ensemble and has long worked at the intersection of contemporary circus, dance, and dramatic theater. In his work, he emphasizes physical storytelling and visuality. He is interested in exploring situations where technical complexity naturally intersects with humanity, a sense of perspective and subtle humor.
