Bratři v tricku are among the most distinctive ensembles in the field of contemporary circus in the Czech Republic and abroad. For more than 15 years, the company has been actively present on the theatre scene and regularly participates in major theatre and new circus festivals, both domestically and across Europe. The ensemble is exceptional for its imaginative blending of juggling techniques with theatrical situations.
Bratři v tricku work primarily with object manipulation, juggling, puppetry, clowning, and acrobatics. Their expressive style is accessible to both Czech and international audiences and suitable for all age groups. Through their productions and performances, they appeal to a broad and diverse audience.
The company stands out for its continuous inventiveness in combining top-level European juggling techniques with theatrical storytelling. This integration happens effortlessly and results in highly engaging performances for audiences. Their shows often involve the spectators directly, creating a genuinely participatory and authentic experience. The core of the ensemble consists of performers Adam Jarchovský and Václav Jelínek, together with company manager Michaela Holbíková.
