The Showcase day took place on Saturday, August 30th in cooperation with the Letn\u00ed Letn\u00e1 festival in Prague’s Letensk\u00e9 sady and is focused on the Czech and Slovak professional artistic community.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can still register to access the website with the record and more detailed information about the projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the various presentation formats, you will get to know over twenty artistic groups or individuals, evening performances suitable for indoor spaces or outdoor productions, and we do not forget about performances for children.<\/mark><\/p>\n

What could you see during the day 30th of August?<\/h3>\n

10:00 – LECTURE:<\/strong><\/span> Veronika Jo\u0161kov\u00e1 \u0160tefanov\u00e1 on the topic \u201cWhat is the contemporary circus\u201d<\/p>\n

11:00 – 13:00 PITCHES:<\/strong> <\/span>presentations of 14 projects in 7 minutes. Participating artists: Al\u017eb\u011bta Tich\u00e1; Ariadna Vendelov\u00e1; Bratislavsk\u00e9 B\u00e1bkov\u00e9 divadlo; Cie Pieds Perch\u00e9s; Cink Cink Cirk; CirKusKus; Eli\u0161ka Brtnick\u00e1; Jana \u0160vecov\u00e1; Lenka \u0160vol\u00edkov\u00e1; Lukas Bliss a Andrej \u0160t\u011bpita; MOVE Ostrava & FysioART; Ond\u0159ej Holba, Michaela Star\u00e1, Filip Zahradnick\u00fd, Hannah Lenox, Ale\u0161 Hrdli\u010dka; Pavl\u00edna Podzimkov\u00e1, Tom\u00e1\u0161 Brt; Viktor \u010cernick\u00fd \/ ZDRUHESTRANY
\n\u2013 Both already created and emerging productions, as well as brand new projects, are presented.<\/p>\n

13:00 – 14:30 NETWORKING<\/strong><\/span> and refreshments<\/p>\n

14:30 – 15:30 SHOW:<\/strong><\/span> Cirko Hopley –\u00a0Teacrobat<\/p>\n

15:30 – 17:15 SPEEDATING:<\/strong><\/span> presentation of 7 artistic companies in 10 minutes: Participating companies: AirGym Art Company; Brat\u0159i v tricku; Cirk La Putyka; Holektiv; Losers Cirque Company; Tich\u00e1 malina; TUTOcirk (\u017dongl\u00e9ros Ans\u00e1mbl z. s.)
\n\u2013 The companies will present their work, which includes both outdoor and indoor performances for various target groups.<\/p>\n

19:00 – 20:30 SHORT ACT SHOW:<\/strong><\/span> 3 short acts in one evening \u2013 participating artists: Eli\u0161ka Brtnick\u00e1 with work-in-progress Roundtable; Helena Urban, Jakub Urban, Michaela Kadl\u010d\u00edkov\u00e1, Elisabeth K\u00fcnkele with work-in-progress LOAM a \u0160patn\u00e9 divadlo – Arman Kupelyan and collective with project Chuck My Life.<\/p>\n

  • Registration for the Showcase is intended for the professional public \u2013 cultural centers, festivals, theaters, events in public spaces and other interested parties who want to gain insight into the Czech contemporary circus scene.<\/li>\n
  • After your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation along with the option to enter website with detailed information about projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Project the Contemporary circus Showcase for the Czech Republic and Slovakia is supported by State fund of culture Czech.<\/p>\n
